You are satisfying yourself and others. Praise your bliss! Unplug the programmed! Take 10 to 15 minutes every day to be with yourself: how would you feel, who are you, what do you want…? Praise that you are available in your life.

A full plate. Having food on your plate is a ruler’s advantage, be appreciative for it and commend your full stomach.

Ok water! Your body is 2/3 of water; express gratitude toward God you’re drinking an unadulterated and clean glass of water, you are praising your modesty. Embrace the occasion! The current second is the thing that you have at this moment. What would you be able to praise at this moment?

Sing, dance, hop, run, cheer, and be allowed to commend your life in your own particular manner! You don’t have to sit tight for your birthday, commemoration, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or some other unique event. Consistently is a SPECIAL day to celebrate. Plan your own gathering for reasons unknown, welcome your loved ones to celebrate with you or you can party all alone. Life is a festival, what are you praising today?
